Diversity / Bullying and Harassment / Equal Employment Opportunity Training

Australia has changed and in today’s business world for a company to be successful, it is vital that all staff members understand that their co-workers, clients and supply chain are made up of many diverse groups of people. Which is why at Indigo Training, our Diversity program goes beyond the traditional CALD (Cultural and Linguistically Diverse) model into areas, which are not traditionally explored, but none the less are part of the diverse individuals, people have daily contact with, making our program more tangible and relevant for all organisations, as the understanding of diversity has a direct impact on the perception of an organisation and the bottom line.

One small incident internally or externally that goes viral on social media can severely damage any brand.

Our presentations and workshops clearly explain that in today’s world many aspects of diversity need to be understood to enable organisations to function internally and deal with their many business relationships. Our programs include physical disability, mental health issues, indigenous, CALD (Cultural and Linguistically Diverse), sexuality, location, socio-economic and the many other forms of micro diversity, which appear in the business community.
