This course is designed for all who have customer/client contact, both internal and external.
Customers frequently interact with several divisions of a company from accounts to warehousing, production and dispatch.
This has the effect of placing enormous pressure upon roles which had little of no client contact 10 years ago. Customer Service is no longer confined to front line staff – it is now everybody’s concern.
This two day session will train Staff on how best to project manage all client contact, in an effective and efficient manner while ensuring the highest skill and service levels are conveyed to each client.
