This session is designed for all teams within any organisation.

The objective of a Unification & Motivation Session is to motivate staff, to have them fully understand their importance as a member of a team, as well as having unique individuals come together to work in a dynamic, responsible and positive manner. Team Unification can also include the creation of Team Charters and Goals

Duration: 1 day

• To Boost individual and Team Moral
• To Reinforce the positives of the environment and working practices
• To gain commitment and acceptance of the realities of the situation and create a positive attitude for staff
• Create Team unity to ensure that the team supports each other in the positive rather than re-enforcing the negative
